Refund Policy for online training and TrainTrac subscription

1. Refund Policy for Online Training Courses

Online training purchased through Braintree by Credit / Debit Card:

Standard 7 days cancellation policy after making the payment for the course. Cancellation must be made in writing by letter and emailed to support@itra.com.au. When doing so the Customer should state his / her name, address, course name, date of purchase, and the reason for cancellation.

A refund will be issued by reverse debit to the card account used in the Braintree transaction.

Where an online course lesson has been opened/run we regret that no refunds can be made.

Online training purchased by Purchase Order:

Standard 30 days cancellation policy after making the payment for the subscription. Cancellation must be made in writing by letter and emailed to support@itra.com.au. When doing so the Customer should state the business name/trading name, address, TrainTrac subscription level, date of purchase, and the reason for cancellation.

A refund will be issued by reverse debit to the card account used in the Braintree transaction.

Online TrainTrac subscription purchased by Purchase Order:

Standard 30 days cancellation policy after making the payment for the subscription. Cancellation must be made in writing by letter and emailed to support@itra.com.au.
