1. Delivery Timeframe

Purchase made by debit / credit card via Braintree:

Upon completion of payment for your selected online training course or subscription to TrainTrac you will immediately receive an automated email containing your login credentials to access your purchase. Emails may vary in delivery times dependent on external factors not related to iTRA Pty Ltd.

Purchase made by Purchase Order:

Upon receipt of your Purchase Order for the specified training course or subscription of TrainTrac, iTRA Pty Ltd will create your unique login credentials on our online training system. Your login credentials will be emailed to you as soon as this process has been completed. Delivery time for this email may vary depending on date and time of receipt of Purchase Order, but should be sent within 24 normal office hours from Purchase Order receipt.

Note: iTRA Pty Ltd’s normal office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm AWST, Monday to Friday, with exception to standard Australian public holidays.
