• Scoping – a detailed analysis to define the process or business need being addressed. This is an interactive process that engages key stakeholders. The result of the scoping phase is a development specification
• Content sign off – once the specification is determined the required information is collected typically from company sources including existing content, interviews, site visits and the like
• Development – with the specifications signed off and the source material collected iTRA develops the solution
• Deployment – once developed the product is subjected to review and testing against the specification, then deployed
